How to Interview

Here are some great tips that will land you any job! Trust me. I have used them all and they work like a charm.

1. Always avoid a hard question by asking a different question, then answer your own question.
Example:
Interviewer: “How do you feel about economic inflation in light of recent political events?”
You: “The real question here is, who is right for this job? Me.”

2. Be honest, but not too honest.
Example:
Interviewer: “What was your biggest mistake?”
You: “Marrying my wife.”

3. When beginning to answer the question restate the question to give time to think about the answer. (You might have to read that over a few times.)
Example:
Interviewer: “Would you consider yourself organized?”
You: “Would I consider myself organized? No.”

4. When in doubt, tell them what it’s all about.
Example:
Interviewer: “Who would you say inspires you most?”
You: “Produce, Produce.” (If you’re new to the site you won’t get this… tough luck.)
